Year 2018 TREK

The 2018 Appalachian Wagon Train trek will travel through northeast Indiana County, PA   The trek will begin June 17th and conclude June 24th. 

The following is a  schedule and plan for the route.  The wagon train reserves the right to make changes to schedule and route as conditions require. 

The public is invited to visit with The Appalachian Wagon Train at the campsites or greet us along the trail. There is never an admission charge. The fried dough and ice cream socials are open to all members and guests.

From RT 119N— Make left onto 85W  Make right onto RT 210N 
Make left onto West Creek Road Go approximately 1 mile camp on left

From RT 119S-- Make right onto RT 210S Make right onto West Creek Road

From Smicksburg
From RT 954N—Make right onto RT 210S  Make right onto West Creek Road

From Kittanning
—From RT 422E—Make left onto RT 210N  In Elderton, make a right onto RT 85E  
Make a left onto RT 210N  Make a left onto West Creek Road

 8 AM - Travel in a loop north and east to Mahoning Creek and return to Little Mahoning Bible Camp.  14.2 miles

 6 PM - Dinner - BBQ Chicken. Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese (*Chuck Wagon participants only) 

7 PM - Kid's Games

 8AM - Trek continues in a loop 14.5 miles south and moves to Dick &  Ellen Stewart property, 1898 Alabran Road, Smicksburg, PA  16256 -

 6 PM - Dinner - Pasta with Sauce & Meatballs (*Chuck Wagon participants only) 

 7 PM - To be announced.

 6 PM - Dinner -  Meatloaf, Potatoes & Corn (*Chuck Wagon participants only) 

 7 PM - Contests followed by Ice Cream Night

6 PM - Dinner - Turkey, Mashed Potatoes & Corn (*Chuck Wagon participants only) 

7 PM - Wiffle Ball Game followed by Smores

* Chuck Wagon meals are provided only to members who paid for Chuck Wagon Meals on their registration form.

It is requested that no member of the Appalachian Wagon Train leave or break camp during the Morning Worship Service. This rule should be strictly observed.

Do to insurance requirements only registered participants may camp overnight.
